Looking for a customer service oriented Help desk specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Requirements
  • Candidates should be willing to handle calls from clients or customers.
  • Candidate Must be a BE/ B tech EC/IT/CS , diploma in computer science or software engg, BCA,MCA)
    • Note: – Candidates with Backlogs are not eligible.
  • Experience: 0 to 2.5 years
  • Job location: Pune.
  • Notice period: 15 days or less(Applicable for Experienced)
  • Compensation: 20-30% hike(Applicable only for Experienced) of current ctc  (Maximum CTC 3.6 LPA)
  • 24X7 shift timings.
