Customer Service Executive/Officers are expected to understand and satisfy their customers’ requirements and exceed their expectations if possible.

Requirements
  • Candidates should be willing to handle calls from customers.
  • Candidate Must be 10+2, Any Graduate(Bsc, Bcom etc…,), Btech(2015 pass out with <=60% marks/ Btech with minimum 6 Months of BPO Experience irrespective of the percentage of marks and year of passing the examination)
  • Candidate must be fluent with Telugu/Kannada/ Tamil language.
    • Note:- Candidates with Backlogs are not eligible.
  • No Of Positions: 50
  • Job location: Jaipur.
  • Relocation Benefit: 5000 Rupees(not applicable for localities)
  • Guest accommodation till candidate receives first salary(not applicable for localities)
  • Train ticket is also reimbursed(not applicable for localities)
  • Notice period: 15 days or less(Applicable for Experienced)
  • Salary Package: 12.5K for fresher’s.
